We are looking for an experienced, organized bookkeeper for immediate start on a part-time basis 6-15 hours per week to start off but we are flexible.
Job description:
- Understanding of Xero software
- Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts entering data and filing hard copies
- Verifying accuracy of business accounts and bank reconciliation.
- Recording inconsistencies and reconciling inaccuracies.
- Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet.
- Assist in preparation of VAT returns
- Assist in preparation of yearend accounts for filing
- General upkeep of office
- Assisting MD
