Position Overview:


The Asset Brokers are a fast-growing Property Investment Specialist brokering agency, focusing on HMOs, blocks of flats and residential portfolios across the UK.

Due to rapidly increasing demand, we are searching for an expert Sales Broker to join us.

You will work with the Managing Director, with a core focus on handling new enquiries from Investors and Vendors, negotiating and agreeing sales, and progressing from offer stage through to completion, all the time liaising with all parties and keeping them informed throughout each transaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales agent to join a small, expanding team and enhance your skills and knowledge of this industry.


You will be required to build relationships with potential buyers to qualify them and match their needs to the investment properties available in our portfolio.

Skills such as confidence, enthusiasm and excellent customer service are essential, along with a keen interest in HMO property investment and good knowledge of this industry.

You will be working with clients of high net worth, so discretion and confidentiality is essential.

The role will be based primarily in the Liverpool, with elements of travel to the various properties.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Handling enquiries from potential buyers and vendors
  • Building rapport with clients
  • Identifying buyers' needs and matching them with appropriate sale opportunities
  • Liaising with team members, vendors and external property agents to facilitate viewings
  • Obtaining and collating records of certificates, licenses and required documentation
  • Collating marketing & client material such as property photos and buyers' packs
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance of listings
  • Conducting due diligence on potential buyers
  • Negotiating and agreeing sales
  • Sales progression from issuing initial sales memorandums, liaising with solicitors and all parties, through to completion and exchanging contracts

What we are looking for:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to effectively manage diary and workload
  • Selfmotivated
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of the HMO & Property sales industry
  • Good administration skills
  • Driving licence
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for property

Working pattern:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (flexibility will be required to over evening and weekends when required).

Liverpool based


Salary & benefits:

- £27,500 basic + 5% commission of fees

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off
