Due to our growth, we are now recruiting a recruitment onboarder who will be the main point of contact for all contractors.

You will be joining an exciting team with huge growth ahead, where there will be the opportunity to build out a team


Your
day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Main point of contact for all contractors
  • Manage relationships with contractors
  • Complete background checks
  • Reporting to clients and answering questions on the audit and statutory financial statements
  • Assisting in monthly payroll reports
  • You'll need to provide daytoday compliance and conduct oversight of Hamilton Barnes internal infrastructure
  • Providing conduct related guidance and advice on the development of products,services and supporting technologies including an assessment of related regulatory risks.
  • Identifying, managing, and escalating conduct risks and risk themes within the business
  • Demonstrating ownership of issues and breaches, ensuring they are logged and tracked to conclusion and escalated to senior management where appropriate
  • Reporting on a regular basis to the Directors on auditing and internal portal payment
  • System Review of audit finalization documents including financial statements and reports to management.

  • Previous administration experience desired
  • Graduate preferred, not essential
