Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales progressor to join our team. As a sales progressor you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties.
Experience and knowledge in leasehold sales progression is essential along with excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Duties:
- Guiding vendors and Purchasers through the complex leasehold side of property transactions
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants occasionally
- Provide accurate and detailed information about properties to clients
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for property transactions
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay uptodate with market trends and property values in the local area
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computer software for property listings and client management systems
Skills:
- Administrative skills: Ability to handle paperwork, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as it can help communicate with a diverse range of clients.
Pay:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
