We are looking for a designer who is passionate to grow as a Product Designer by working with other senior and lead product designers.

We are a motivated team who are continuously delivering new and exciting features for our customers, as well as new products coming to the platform this year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a less-experienced designer to learn from peers with many years of experience, who have created a fun and collaborative space for everyone to learn and help each other.

We love effective, efficient designs that our customers love.

We achieve this in the ways we work as a team, and how we use our DSM to deliver designs quickly with our engineering and QA teams, working hand-in-hand.

We are a small team (5) of researchers and designers, who's focus is to create an amazing experience for our customers and suppliers who use our mobile and web platforms.

We are the voice of the customer and working very closely with product managers and engineers we deliver best-in-class designs that are pixel perfect.

Profile/Requirements

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a UX or UI Designer
You will have a minimum of a diploma in a design related field, or an equivalent in experience and/or trainingYou have experience working collaboratively with engineers and product owners to understand customer needs and discover exceptional solutions
You have experience working with our primary design tool: Figma
You understand how a Design System Manager approach to design helps efficient design and collaboration with engineers
Most importantly, you have a burning curiosity to understand users, a passion for solving problems and are excited to work in an environment that supports this

ResponsibilitiesBe the voice of the customer, advocating the delivery of the customer experience Conceptualise and design UX mock flows for mobile, tablet and web. Including building wireframe prototypes, annotated layouts and requirements documents to present to stakeholders across the business Create UX design proposals and wireframes for mobile apps and websites to promote ideas and concepts to stakeholders Maintain live projects and keep the UI updated following any changes that may be made throughout the project lifecycle Support and perform peer review of designs of our products pre and post going live, collaborating with the engineering teams raising defects and flagging issues that need to be addressed to improve the product quality Continue with the development and maintenance of the Nivoda DSM and also to maximise its use collaborating with the design team and with engineers Perform Design Quality Assurance on all your own designs pre-production. You are the owner of your designs and the gate keeper to going live Be a team player, love to share experience, ask questions, help others and work collaboratively Ability to work remotely and within a European time zone Self-starter and self-planner of your own tasks and activities
