Job description:

Do you have the drive, agility and tenacity to make things happen through developing and supporting an inclusive and healthy working environment? Are you looking for your next challenge to champion and drive diversity across a business?

The DIO Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Advisor will primarily focus on diversity and inclusion alongside an Advisor whose primary focus is Wellbeing.

The DIO Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Advisor is accountable for ensuring:

DIO has a good quality evidence base to make decisions and direct resources.

Each person who works in DIO feels and believes they are treated fairly and that the work practices and environments accurately support their individual needs to enable them to do their job effectively.

Business leaders and managers both individually and collectively in DIOs planning, organisation and operational delivery, factor diversity and inclusion into their decision makings intuitively.

Individual members of staff understand their role and take ownership for making the DIO diversity and inclusion philosophy a reality such that policies are implemented and the gap between the rhetoric and experience is closed.
