Description

The Clyde Property Painter & Decorator service is designed to support Clyde Property's Letting Management Centre in carrying out a high quality, efficient and well-organised painting and decorating services across our let and managed portfolio of Privately Rented properties throughout Glasgow and Central Scotland.

A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
Company van is provided (authorised to take home and commute in).

Key responsibilities include;

Painting & Decorating preparation (including wallpaper stripping and taping), painting walls, ceilings and woodwork (interior and exterior). Hanging wallpaper and lining paper from time to time).

Hours of work;
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week with a paid lunch break)

Salary;
£22,000 - £24,000

A van is supplied (which is available for commuting). A tablet device and tools are also provided and access to a number of trade accounts already established.
