You will join us as an Activities Coordinator and will work flexibility in order to meet the requirements of our residents.

You must be experienced, lively, enthusiastic, and able to demonstrate a passion for working with the elderly.

You will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering social and recreational activities on a group and individual basis.


You will be working in a care home for clients with dementia so you will need to be tolerant and adaptable at all times.


You will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate examples of work and activities you have undertaken.

Kenton Hall is a 60 bedded residential and nursing service, approximately four miles from Newcastle city centre.


Set in landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Gosforth, with excellent road and public transport links we provide dignified, professional person centred care for our long term, respite and interim residents.


Our qualified nursing team, supported by a strong care team provide support for varying needs, from those needing just that bit more care than can be provided at home, through complex nursing care, up to and including palliative care.


As well as welcoming private residents we work closely with Newcastle City council and the NHS, accepting Local authority funded residents with no additional top up on fees, and CHC nursing clients.
