Client Services Manager -Richmond & South West London - Office and showroom based, £35,000 - £40, days holiday & company pension and opportunity to progress. Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (some flexibility on hours possible)


Well established, award winning design and build company, requires a Client Services Manager to join the expanding team, to provide a first class customer service experience for their clients.

Supporting the sales, design and construction teams, as Client Services Manager, some of your main duties will include:

  • Acting as main point of contact, post build completion to assist with snagging issues
  • Coordinating maintenance workers, if required
  • Admin support to the clients, including ordering products
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the office
To fulfil the role of Client Services Manager you will have

  • Degree or equivalent desirable
  • Proven experience within a customer service based role
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Commercially aware of the responsibility on any job for controlling costs
