We are looking for a Senior Information Controller to join our Buildings team in London. This role will be four days per week on site with one day work from home.

WFH day to be on rota with IC and Assistant IC on the Project and with agreement of Head of Information Control and Design Manager on project.


What you'll do:


  • Oversee and manage the IC function / team on the 105 Victoria Project
  • Facilitate the submission of all documents through EDMS to respective parties
  • Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during document submissions on several projects
  • Scrupulously evaluate all documents to enable information control
  • Ensure that the EDMS and Naming Protocols are up to date and issued
  • Liaising with Skanska Project Team, Client, Design Team, and Subcontractors
  • Assist Head of Information Control with set up of the EDMS Portal at start of Project (BID Stage onwards)
  • Support the wider Document Control Team on the project and within Building be Senior IC
  • All standard document controller tasks on project i.e. invites, workflow creation and management, security groups etc

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Considerable experience of Project Document Control Role
  • PAS 1192, BIM Level 2 ISO 19650 Experience
  • At least at Administrator level in use of ASITE (EDMS)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Considerable experience of working with a multifaceted team
  • Design Management Process awareness
