Our exclusive client who is a leading charitable organisation, is looking to grow their team with the addition of a permanent finance assistant.

This is a key role within this organisation which has a relaxed culture, but driven approach to achieving its goals.

This role will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for the day to day finance processes across the finance function.


This role will include:

  • Accounts Payable: Check and process s weekly payment run for supplier invoices and staff expenses
  • Manage and reconcile all payments
  • Responsibility for credit card transactions and statements
  • Income: Reconcile monthly income, and share with the team
  • Accounts Receivable: Log invoices and track payment, highlight aged items
  • Banking: Record and identify all bank transactions and log when each is processed and reconciled
  • Cash management
  • General finance administration

Working hours:
Monday to Friday with flexible working (7.30am -6.30pm) and hybrid working (2 Days in office).
