Our client is looking for a well rounded executive Assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis to start.

Main Duties & Responsibilities


  • To organise and plan the workload, complex diary and commitments, including all
travelling and accommodation arrangements as required by the Director, and if
capacity allows, their deputies.


  • Line management of the Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director of Finance, to
include supervision, appraising and encouraging personal and professional
development.


  • To organise the scheduling of formal meetings involving internal, external, local and
national participants, ensuring deadlines are achieved and that the flow of work is
appropriately prioritised in support of the Director delivering required targets and
objectives.


  • To coordinate between the Director, other Executive Directors and senior managers
to enable initiation/production of reports, briefings, board papers and other relevant
documentation for meetings.


  • Responsible for administration of Board Committee meetings as required: production
of agendas and required papers, recording and distribution of formal and informal
minutes/actions notes and ensuring follow up actions in a timely manner.

This role is offering £14.32 per hour and increases after 12 weeks.
