My client is a successful professional services company dealing with clients in multiple industry sectors providing them with a high quality customer focused service to enable them to achieve their business goals.

They have clients in both the public andprivate sectors across all industry fields and have an excellent reputation in their area of expertise.


They are now seeking someone whose role will be to assist in the coordination of various meetings and assessments that take place with their clients and to provide administration support to professionally deliver these services.


The role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, updating records of client visits and assessments, liaison with clients and various team members involved in client meetings, and providing support to the team which may include assisting with trainingarrangements and overall providing a high level of customer service.


The ideal individual will have excellent people skills, strong written English, good PC skills, including Excel and Word, and will have a strong customer service ethic.

A good level of education, to 'A' level or degree level is required as well as a helpful,positive attitude as this is very much a team environment.

Salary:
c.£21k - £24k plus excellent pension scheme and benefits

Office hours:
Mon - Fri 9.00 am pm (with the option of some home working)
