Description

Basic salary:

- £15-20k per annum depending on experience

Commission

• 15%

OTE earnings
- £40,000-£50,000 per annum

Car allowance or company car provided


Hours- 9-5:30pm Monday-Friday - *Saturdays when viewings required

• 1 day per week work at home

Location-office based in E8 but role will involve travel across London

Smart casual dress code

• No suits

Requirements:

• Driving Licence

- experience ideal but not required


Job Role:

Answering phones and registering applicants

Arranging and conducting viewings for both sales and lettings

Calling applicants to keep up to date with search criteria

Business generation tasks

Preparing tenancy files for tenancy progression team

Generate content for social media
