We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee within our busy restaurant.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including frontofhouse and backofhouse operations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
Collaborate with the kitchen team
Ensure Customer Service Standards are upheld
Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Bartending experience is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
