Our client a very well establish producer of white fish since 1989 based in Aberdeen have a current vacancy for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

With their own Fishing Boats and daily delivery service, our client is one of the local market leaders.


Description of duties (may not be limited to):

  • Maintain & expanding on their existing client base
  • Taking and fulfilling customer orders
  • Making customers aware of products, deals and any update on stock
  • Issue invoicing & Stock control
  • Data Entry
  • General Administrative tasks

Person Specification:


  • Sales orientated back ground (within food production industry preferred however not essential as full training given)
  • Competent in the use of a PC specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good clear communication skills
  • Posses as good level of attention to detail, and have ability to prioritize their work load
  • Positive telephone manner
  • Good problem solving skills and can work well to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing sales reports and proposals
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Maintain customer database ensuring of accurate contact details for sales
  • Process orders, and ensure delivery schedule is correct
  • Respond to customer queries

Salary and bonuses negotiable, depending on experience and results.
