Job Summary


To support the production team and wider creative services team in all areas of production and project management, on the Fox & National Geographic channels.

To help in delivery and tracking of the production make list, with a particular focus on the "above the line" campaigns which have paid spend behind them.

Working across a variety of project and channel management systems. (Mediator, M360, AdStream, SAP, Clearcast, CARIA & BSS).


The Opportunity & Responsibilities

  • Assist the PM's to manage the monthly "makelists", accurately tracking projects, timing and spend
  • Project Manager the ATL campaigns and liaise regularly with the marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery targets and objectives are met
  • Develop and manage production timelines, project meetings & WIP reviews with all stakeholders
  • Adhere to all commercial delivery guidelines & regulations for 3rd party TV placements, radio, and out of home deliverables
  • Responsible for the scheduling of postproduction facilities, production and technical crew
  • Maintains accurate production reports, filing and organizing production department documents (contracts/ music cue information/ legal notes/scripts etc.)
  • Assist PM's to prepare paperwork for contracts involving 3rd party production & postproduction companies
  • Assist PM's with end of quarter and yearend figures
  • Responsible for music clearance for all commercial campaigns
  • Ensure all music is reported correctly and in a timely manner
  • Oversee the image workflow with the Asset Manager
  • Assist in research when tracking publishers/label/background info on Music
  • Preps material for Producers and external agencies
  • Provide general administration and organisational support to the creative team
  • Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and broadcast standards are met

The Experience We Require From You

  • Comprehensive understanding of clearing and delivering assets for commercial campaigns within the UK
  • An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process
  • Proactive cando attitude with a willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Adobe premiere / AFX an advantage
