Purpose of the Role
Providing customer services to all visitors.


Key Responsibilities

  • To provide information and guidance to customers.
  • Conduct a meet & greet service for coaches & guests.
  • Working alternate weekends.
  • Flexibility required to cover holiday, sickness, late night hours and events
  • Assisting customer queries.
  • Meet & Greet visitors

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A polite and approachable manner at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good IT knowledge.
Working Hours hours every other weekend.
