    Role Overview:

    The company is seeking a dynamic, visionary Head of Social Media to elevate its social media presence to new heights.     The Head of Social Media will be tasked with:

    • Leading a high-performance team: Managing and inspiring a team of 10 to ensure quality content and efficient execution.

    The ideal candidate will have successfully scaled social media channels, driving significant growth with impressive metrics across all platforms working for numerous global brands previously. Your experience must include:

    • People leadership: Proven experience managing large social media teams (min 5 direct reports) with a track record of team excellence.
    • Network: A robust media network with the ability to amplify campaigns across platforms.
    • Strategy & content expertise: Mastery of both organic and paid social media strategies, content creation, and analytics.
    • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and ensure results.
