We are looking for an innovative, approachable individual to join our supportive Operations Support Team to ensure our internal and external End Point Assessment customers are supported in the delivery of a timely EPA, with an excellent customerservice.

What you will be doing:


  • Supporting and resolving End Point Assessor Managers/End Point Assessors (operations) & customer enquiries
  • Submitting EPA completions to the ESFA within our SLA
  • Following up with providers & ESFA for to ensure all certificates are claimed
  • Sending out daily text reminders for apprentice's assessments using relevant software
  • Organising & sending out paper tests to apprentices

  • A problem solver with the ability to take initiative in a growing company
  • Someone with a positive outlook with a clear focus on achievement of objectives
  • Someone with attention to detail
  • Someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills written and oral
  • Experience of working collaboratively with remote operations teams
