Description
SRJ Windows are now recruiting an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our administration team.

This will be an interesting and varied role supporting several key processes within the business whilst liaising with customers, suppliers and SRJ departments.


This role will involve working closely with and providing administrative support to the project manager from point of sale through to build completion.

Duties will range from assisting with the scheduling and co-ordinating of conservatory surveys and installations to ordering products, equipment and labour whilst ensuring that contract timelines are met.

Effectively dealing with customers, suppliers, liaising with subcontractors and architects will require excellent administrative and communication skills.

Prior experience of working in a relevant environment and as part of a team is essential

Experience in the Double-Glazing / Home improvement industry would be beneficial.

From £22,000.00 per year
