Embedded Software Engineer
**Permanent

  • Up to £70k**
    Stevenage

The One Group are pleased to be working alongside one the UK's leading defence organisations in their search for an Embedded Software Engineer to support building & maintaining a new function within the business.

As you are working on new products & technology,you will have an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the software lifecycle:
from requirements capture to verification.

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (hardware/firmware/software), working with state-of-the-art technologies in a constantly innovative field.

There will be excellent opportunities for career progression, as well as a substantial bonusscheme & opportunities for paid overtime. Due to the nature of the industry, the role is expected to be on-site three days a week.

Required Technologies

  • Strong 'C' Programming
  • Real-Time embedded software experience
  • Communication Protocols (Ethernet, SPI, UART)
  • Network architectures
