The Role:
Pensions Administrator


Our Group Personal Pensions team are seeking a Pensions Administrator to support the Consulting Team and other team members in their day-to-day activities in either our Bristol or Chichester office.


If you have enthusiasm to learn about financial services, particularly specialising in group personal pensions, then this could be the role for you.

We will count on you to:

  • Ensure that all procedures are followed when undertaking work for clients, Consultants, and Insurers
  • Ensure errors and omissions and complaints are handled in accordance with agreed procedures and within appropriate timescales
  • Be flexible and adaptable to the work demands as advised by your manager
  • Be personally accountable for your contribution to the performance of the service delivery of your team and reporting progress on a regular basis
  • Accurately record own time spent, in accordance with standard procedures
  • Consistently complete work by prioritising/managing workload so that cases are completed within agreed timescales

What you need to have:


  • GCSE (or equivalent) completion in Mathematics and English (grade C and above or Level 4/5+)
  • Willingness to learn about different insurers, products and clients

What makes you stand out?

  • Previous experience in entry level Financial Services or Insurers
