Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing with deep digital marketing experience to lead our marketing team and drive our company's marketing strategies.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

You will oversee all marketing, manage budgets, and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.


Duties:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Set PPC strategy across Google and Meta/Facebook leading from your career technical expertise on these platforms.
  • Set strategy and manage all social media presence and advertising
  • Set strategy and manage SEO/SEM
  • Monitor and manage comments/interactions on our Facebook Page
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts and drive ROI
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience as a Head of Digital Marketing or similar role
  • Strong TECHNICAL knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools particularly Google and Meta PPC.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Office Suite
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

£65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
