You will undertake a range of duties supporting the Director of Teaching in the delivery of taught programmes including PDA coordinator support, organising exams and taking part in exam boards, coordinating the timetable, acting as Departmental Disability Coordinator for students and reporting on student survey results, provide teaching information for the staff workload model and act as Committee Manager to teaching related committees at departmental level.

Working closely with one other teaching administrative assistant you will be required to provide support to undergraduate and post graduate taught programmes.


To be considered for the role you will be educated to a minimum of HNC/HND level or equivalent plus relevant work experience in the further/higher education sector.

You will have demonstrable experience of prioritising and managing a diverse range of activities and the ability to work collaboratively across and outwith the University.

You will be flexible in your approach, possess strong team working skills and conduct the role with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative.
