Full time (37 hours/week) or 1 Year FTC (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and focused
Client Services Advisor to join our friendly and professional team.

Previous experience of providing advice & guidance and support to learners
Previous experience of using databases, data entry and running reports
Strong attention to detail
Excellent IT skills with previous knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Exceptional customer service skills

Experience of working within the further education sector and knowledge of related issues would also be desirable.
