Altum Consulting are supporting a global media brand to find an Accounts Payable Clerk to cover an internal secondment within the AP team.

The role will start on a contract basis and has potential to convert to a Permanent role.


Key Requirements:

  • Processing and verifying invoices and expense reports for business services, rents, and generic costs
  • Maintaining and updating financial records
  • Performing reconciliations of accounts payable transactions
  • Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
  • Assisting in monthend duties
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations

Key Skills:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work in the office on a 3:2 Office:Home hybrid model
