Job Summary:

Well-known name in the infrastructure sector, requires a Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS) with exposure / working knowledge of matters relating to CPO / TWAO.

This organisation are involved in some seriously major projects within the residential, power, transport and regeneration sectors spanning the UK.

Due to an increase in workload, they have need for an additional pair of hands to join the team (based in either the West Midlands or North West).

Applicants will be qualified surveyors, with a background in land assembly, valuation, compensation, data management etc. Similarly, applicants must be self motivated, be a great communicator and be able to demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen.
