Job Title:
Assembly Operator

Salary:
£9.74 Per Hour

Location:
Lytham

Shift:39 Hours Per Week.

07:30am till 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30am till 12:30pm Friday

What you'll be doing:

To assemble Valves Rotators and the required Sublevel componentry in an efficient and effective manner within the Rotators department.
To complete necessary processes in line with job card.
Contributing to the achievement of the capacity plan as detailed on the work group board.
Ensure all Works Orders are followed to specification and ensure all Work Instruction checks are performed at each stage of build.
Inform supervision of any material shortages, nonconformance of materials, build failure, test failure and any nonconformance found.
Ensure all materials are stored correctly within the Production Area ensuring segregation of good & bad parts
Be responsible for Product Quality at all stages of build process and ensure you have read and understood all Work Instructions and Procedures.
Be responsible for reporting all breakdowns by informing supervision immediately.
To keep the area clean and tidy.
Ensure effective & efficient working practices.
Assist in improving quality and production. To report any problems to the Supervisor.
Be proactive in seeking improvements in Production and Quality.
Ensure all activities carried out are ethical, meet H&S regulations and comply with company procedures
Ensure your area of responsibility complies with the Environmental Management System

Your skills and experiences:

Education: Basic literacy requirements to enable completion of documentation
Experience & training: None required
