Culture Recruitment is working with a Lichfield based client to help them find some Trainee
Recruitment Consultants to join their agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and for a company that invests, develops and believes in its people.


To perform well in the role, you will need to be a naturally organised person with good admin skills and preferably some previous customer service or sales experience.

The client has an excellent training programme in place to harness those skills and helpyou become the best Recruiter you can be.


You will need to be self-motivated and resilient to ride out the highs and lows of recruitment, but the best thing is you will be working within a fantastic team of Recruiters, who will be there to guide and support you along the way.


About the role:

  • Putting your previous sales or customer service skills to good use you will be generating sales opportunities and building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • With your admin and IT skills you will be maintaining and building a client data base and conducting various compliance activities
