The successful Regulatory Risk Practice Director will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering a strategy within Regulatory Risk in order to develop new revenue streams as well as grow existing ones across a wide range of client sectors
- Selling industryleading consulting services into the risk space, directly liaising with existing clients and developing new relationships
- Instilling a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence and client development
- Building a practice of clients, using CP6/22: model risk management as a springboard, that come to Jaywing to solve challenges in risk management and regulation
Profile
The successful Regulatory Risk Practice Director will be able to demonstrate:
Essential skills:
- Risk experience within a regulated Financial Services organisation
- Indepth knowledge of credit risk regulation, ICAAP, stress testing, climate change, risk modelling and analysis
- People management skills with the ability to provide support and direction
- Project management experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Be an outcomefocused selfstarter
Desirable skills (preferred but not required):
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations
