Description

The successful Regulatory Risk Practice Director will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering a strategy within Regulatory Risk in order to develop new revenue streams as well as grow existing ones across a wide range of client sectors
  • Selling industryleading consulting services into the risk space, directly liaising with existing clients and developing new relationships
  • Instilling a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence and client development
  • Building a practice of clients, using CP6/22: model risk management as a springboard, that come to Jaywing to solve challenges in risk management and regulation

Profile

The successful Regulatory Risk Practice Director will be able to demonstrate:


Essential skills:


  • Risk experience within a regulated Financial Services organisation
  • Indepth knowledge of credit risk regulation, ICAAP, stress testing, climate change, risk modelling and analysis
  • People management skills with the ability to provide support and direction
  • Project management experience
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Be an outcomefocused selfstarter

Desirable skills (preferred but not required):

  • Knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations
