We supply a comprehensive, state-of-the-art package of security products and services - from CCTV Systems & Installation, Intruder alarm systems, Fire detection systems, Event stewarding to Door supervision, and much more.


We have an excellent opportunity for a
CCTV Operator working within our NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre based on Team Valley, Gateshead with the role being a mixture of nights and weekends, working full time on a 5 week rolling rota.

Experience is not essential as full job training is provided.


A valid CCTV SIA Licence Essential to be considered for this position.

Main Duties:


  • Monitoring and responding to Detector Activated CCTV Systems
  • Pro Active remote CCTV patrols
  • Liaison with emergency services such as Police & Fire
  • Despatching in house or external security response teams
  • Liaison with the companies' customers
  • Incident Report Writing
  • Control of Remote Access control to customer' premises
  • Be computer literate
  • Be observant
  • Have an excellent attention to detail
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role although this is not a strict requirement
