What the role will involve:


Day to day tasks

  • Ordering, products, services and equipment that are needed
  • Negotiating prices
  • Making sure that suppliers deliver on time
  • Processing invoice queries

Skills

  • Good understanding of the window industry is preferable.
  • Mathematical ability, to work with figures
  • Good judgement and analytical ability
  • An organised approach
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working on the office suite of products essential
  • Previous administration skills essential to this role

Details

  • Working Hours 40
  • Mon to Fri 8:30am 5:00pm (We can accommodate a variation on times)
  • 20 days paid holiday per year
  • Wages negotiable dependant on experience
