Our luxury automotive client in Milton Keynes is looking for a part time experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basisThe hours, pay and benefits:
- Part time
- Monday to Friday 09:30 14:30
- Hybrid role 3 days WFH/ 2 days in office
- 33 days holiday
- Free Parking
- Prayer room
- Café on site
The Role:
- Diary management
- Attending weekly/ monthly team meetings
- Minute taking and circulating action to the team
- Preparing and planning of travel itinerary
- Providing admin support
- Preparing letters, reports, and presentations
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
