Our luxury automotive client in Milton Keynes is looking for a part time experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis


The hours, pay and benefits:

  • Part time
  • Monday to Friday 09:30 14:30
- £16.92 per hour

  • Hybrid role 3 days WFH/ 2 days in office
  • 33 days holiday
  • Free Parking
  • Prayer room
  • Café on site

The Role:

  • Diary management
  • Attending weekly/ monthly team meetings
  • Minute taking and circulating action to the team
  • Preparing and planning of travel itinerary
  • Providing admin support
  • Preparing letters, reports, and presentations
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
