Are you an outstanding, committed and motivated Learning Disability Nurse?**A unique opening has arisen to join the Learning Disabilities Service within SHSC Trust. The Modern Matron will be a key member of the Clinical Management Team, providing nursing leadership across the service.

In this role your expertise will be the driving force for change to ensure high quality of care and delivery of health and well-being outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and their families.

We provide specialist high-quality, integrated community, mental health, and learning disability services across Sheffield and are looking for someone who really shares our values, and is committed to helping improve the lives of the people we support.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the nursing team as the service embarks on a programme of transformational change, working with multiple outside agencies to improve the service we offer for specialist healthcare and support for adults with a learning disability, and their families.

This includes people with a diagnosed learning disability who may also have other complex needs, eg. autism.
