We have a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an independent Car & Truck dealership in Swindon.


About the Parts Advisor Role:


  • Highly competitive salary £28,500 per annum
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am5pm & every other Saturday morning, 8am12pm
  • Based in Central Swindon
  • Permanent role

Duties for the Parts Advisor Role:

  • Handling inbound enquiries from local garages relating to car & truck parts
  • Identify correct vehicle parts and process through CRM system
  • Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Taking payments and sending customer invoices
  • Assisting walkin Customers, processing payments and picking stock

Experience required for the Parts Advisor Role:

  • Experience of working within a similar role is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide first class service
  • Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a friendly team

Job Types:
