We are looking for a
Machine operator to assist with the running of a range of machinery.


General Duties:

• Assisting with the loading, unloading of raw material into various machines
• Setting machines training will be given.
• Operation of automatic and semiautomatic machines training will be given
• Ensuring tasks set within the daily production schedule are completed on time and to the required quality level.
• General paperwork required for the jobs being ran.

Essential Experience/Skills:

• Experience within a machine operating role (within the packaging industry)
• Can work to standard operating procedures and quality standards (training will be given)
• Diligent with own paperwork in completing vital information
• Can demonstrate a good work ethic and team spirit

Prerequisites:

• Literate and numerate
• Can read a tape measure in metres and millimetres
• Natural ability to operate machinery

Rate of Pay:
From Minimum Wage dependent upon age and experience


Holidays:20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
