• Conducting stock checks and receiving delivery
• Drive store standards, including displays
• Achieving sales targets
• Recruit, train and supervise shop assistants.
• Take full responsibility for the performance and daytoday operations of the store and Deposit cash at Bank.
• Answer customer enquiries and give advice about products.
• Connect with customers facetoface, Ordering stocks from wholesalers and manufacturers.
• Lead and cooperate with other staffs where needed, operate shop till and any related software for recording sales and purchases.
• Daily opening and closing the store and check the opening and closing cash balance. Communicating with Management to ensure the shop continues to run smoothly.
