SJC Partners have been mandated by a premier global M&A advisory and investment banking firm to recruit an Associate for their Industrials technology team in London.

This team offers unrivalled deal experience (covering Buy-side, Sell-side, Cross-Border transactions and Capital raises) and excellent progression prospects with market leading remuneration and the opportunity to specialise in a sector, working on large scaleUK and global deals typically in the EV range £100m - £1bn.

This team has gone from strength to strength, growing its fee income, staff numbers and deal size and cementing its position as a firm global leader in the market.


More specifically the responsibilities will cover:

  • Preparing, analysing and explaining historical and projected financial information
  • Creating financial models
  • Coordinating and performing business due diligence
  • Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
  • Leading the planning and execution of marketing engagements
  • Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients and prospective clients, professional advisors and other stakeholders
  • Supervising junior staff members in financial analyses
