An opportunity has arisen for some enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join the Community Nursing Administrative Team to support our nursing teams in Richmond based in East Sheen


Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of their organisational skills, be a committed team player with the ability to prioritise their own workload, and work well under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with the role requiring high levels of face-to-face and telephone communication. Good IT skills are essential with outlook, word and excel

The successful applicant must be flexible, adaptable, and have a willingness to embrace change as and when required. The ability to use initiative when dealing with unexpected situations is also an advantage


A Team Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a borough based district nursing administration team or specialist nursing team, working closely with community nursing team administrator, colleagues across the borough and the specialist administration roles in the total delivery of the community nursing administration service, and the flexible deployment of staff to ensure work is prioritised and delivered to time scale.

Providing cross cover to teams to meet the needs of the service in cases of absence and high demand.
