Land Development Manager

About the role:
The role is to identify, appraise and purchase land within the UK region (London primarily).

When purchasing land without planning consent, you will be responsible for assisting with the progression of land through the planning process, from public consultation to the planning consent stage; You will also be required to assist with the managementof external consultants and the overall budget within that planning process.

Following the acquisition of a site and receipt of detailed planning permission, responsible for the sale of affordable housing units to Housing Associations.

So an ambitious Development Manager, or Strategic Land Manager looking for your next career move, would be a perfect fit for this opportunity.

You must have extensive knowledge of the UK planning landscape, and a strong understanding of the land disposals process. A motivated individual, who can work autonomously across a broad range of work.

You will be working across a broad patch, given the autonomy to utilize your skills and experience to add significant value to the existing portfolio.
You will be working closely with several key stakeholders, including board members, external development partners, and consultants.
You will also have responsibility for overseeing the sales process, working with a broad range of developers across the portfolio.
