Established in 2007, Poppy Signs Ltd is a successful and friendly sign company providing bespoke signage for a wide range of customers both large and small.

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to work with our clients to translate their ideas into eye-catching and successful designs.

The role involves working closely with our senior graphic designer, project managers and production to process the artwork ready for print.

Knowledge of signage software, digital printing and use of wide format printers would be an advantage but full training can be given.

• Design work includes creating signage from small scale signs to large scale signage, vehicle graphics and wraps.
• Working with customers and project managers along with production to process the artwork ready for print. Print preparation and production.
• Representing our brand on social media as well as developing, preparing and managing social media posts and content.
• Working with our web developer to provide images and update content on our websites.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and a vector software such as Illustrator/Flexisign/Corel.
• Good mathematical skills and attention to detail is required to measure and calculate scaled drawings accurately.
• Must be responsible for your own workload from conception to completion and to manage this workload under pressure to adhere to commercial deadlines.
• A strong creative flair but also receptive to direct design briefs.
• Organised and able to prioritise.

• Design experience within the signage industry including fascia's, logos, window design, banners and vehicle graphics including wraps to all specific requirements.
• Knowledge of signage software, large format digital printing, RIP software and plotters.
