Administrator required covering a maternity cover. (PART-TIME)- Work for one of the UK's largest accountancy firms based in London.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-respected firm within the Professional Services sector, boasting a sizeable team in its Canary Wharf office in London.
They are recognised for their dedication to providing high-quality services to their clients, while maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment for their staff.
As Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Partner's inbox, diary and will be expected to liaise internally and externally and provide administrative assistance to the wider Technology team.
- Diary management
- Ensuring there is preparation time ahead of important meetings
- Setting up monthly meetings with direct reports
- Organise team meetings and team building socials
- Amending & creating PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting with expenses and corporate card transactions
- Organising hotel and travel
- Assisting with various document formatting requests
- Ad hoc project management assistance
- Monthly review of Data Breaches
- Regular reviews of Supplier registers
- Managing onshore & offshore timesheets
- Updating information on our internal systems
- Providing administrative support to the wider IT Audit team
- Scheduling of team appraisals and follow up details
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Administrator should have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- 3 years+ in an Administrative role supporting a Senior Stakeholder
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Superb organisation skills
- A customeroriented mindset and a passion for excellence in service
