Support Desk Consultant - £18,000 - £21,000 DOE - Letchworth, Herts (Office based)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Support Desk Consultant to join our tech team.

If you're confident talking to customers, presentable and looking to learn new skills, then this could be the job for you.

We'll give you full training of course but it's important that you are computer literate, have a methodical approach to tasks and are organised

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Support Desk Consultant include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating support tickets raised by customers.
  • Trouble shooting issues reported by our customers.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Support Desk Consultant are:

  • Understanding SAAS (Software as A Service) and Cloud technology.
  • Understanding the functionality of our Time & Attendance (T&A) software.
  • Previous experience of working on a Support Desk would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Must be fully eligible to work in the UK
