RATE OF PAY - £10.50 per hour plus benefits
CONTRACT TYPE - Full Time - Permanent
HOURS OF WORK - 37.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join our exceptional Front Office Team at The Parkgate Hotel.
Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Your multi-tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times.WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Guest Services Associate you will ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and roomed according to department standard.
Your aim is to interact with guests, embrace our latest technology, and ensure a consistent level of service is always offered from the point of arrival, through to the time of departure.
Guest Services Associate are required to have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the services provided by various outlets and to consistently provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring the provision of excellent Concierge services throughout the stayWHATS IN IT FOR YOU
