Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label products.

The role of a Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for customers across their various brands.


The roles and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative role**:

  • Delivering excellent and personable Customer service through all available channels.
  • Utilise the highest standard of verbal and written communication to log, record, and efficiently resolve customer contacts and issues.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints.
  • Establishing rapport with retail stores to reach best resolutions, and actively promote best practice.
  • Recover potentially lost customers and/or resolve concerns by taking action on customer feedback.

To be successful in this Customer Service Representative role**:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ideally can drive (due to shift patterns)
  • Ideally having experience in a customer facing/call centre/retail or admin experience (not essential)
  • GCSE level (equivalent) + education (A-C in English & Maths)
  • This is a rotabased shift pattern role, covering 5 out of 7 days.
