This opportunity is to join a small team based in Paddington as the assistant to the Strategy and Operations team and PA support to the CEO.
The role is a full-time position (PAYE).The responsibilities would include:
- Managing and coordinating admin for our ongoing projects
- Coordinating admin and maintenance of properties including organising reletting/gas certs/general tenancy enquiries/problems?
- Creating and maintaining an inventory
- Reorganisation of our data system
- HR admin
- Day to day operational support and site standards management in both coworking premises
- Day to day 3rd party liaison
- Continuous process improvement
- Maintain office supplies/general office daytoday requirements
- Organising travel arrangements for the Director?
- Diary updates??
- Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service when liaising with clients/suppliers/agents?
- Extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task a priority.?
- Someone flexible and with lots of common sense to manage overflow work?
- Any previous experience in a family office or property/construction/building management would be helpful but not essential.?
