Description

Malt is a modern independent cafe, situated on Montague street in Worthing.

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for 3/4 shifts a week.

The shifts start 9 o'clock and usually finish between 4.30/5.30, with time for a break and a meal on shift plus a share of the tips.

The role will include:

Washing up and general cleaning
Food preparation
Assisting the chefs / manager as required

The right person will;

Be a great communicator with a friendly and enthusiastic nature
Be reliable
Be organised
Have a professional attitude
Be clean and tidy in the kitchen

While relevant experience in a commercial kitchen is a definite advantage it is not a prerequisite. More important is attitude and aptitude.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 27-36 per week

From £10.42 per hour
