The Opportunity
To support the increase in demand, our Technical Operations team are looking for an Incident Consultant to join us, providing an exciting opportunity to build your analytical skills in more project-based work.
This involves the managing and tracking of incidents through to closure with regular project meetings, providing guidance and root cause analysis, ensuring to follow client and regulation guidelines.
You'll be:
- Managing the incidents to ensure identification, customer treatment, rectification action plans and closure are delivered to agreed timelines and quality targets.
- Facilitating and leading incident meetings, including monthly working parties and ad hoc eventrelated decision meetings.
- Developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support closure of incidents.
- Conducting root cause analysis to highlight the mitigating actions that prevent reoccurrence.
- Experience working within the financial sector, or similarly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of utilising spreadsheets.
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
- Are comfortable with using IT to a good standard.
