Location:

our head office is a barn conversion and located in a rural spot in Snitterfield, Stratford Upon Avon, and our distribution centre is in Arrow Valley, Redditch where we also showcase our beautiful products.

We're a scale up business and we need more talent to add to our ever-growing team, that's why we're recruiting for a Digital Executive, reporting to our Head of Digital Marketing (who is a long standing "Sheeper" and will make you feel right at home from day one)


Purpose of the role


This pivotal role in our business involves contributing to and executing the business strategies and targets for all three of our Direct websites: Green Sheep Group, Snüz & The Little Green Sheep.


Your day-to-day role will see you working alongside the Head of Digital Marketing to plan, create and bring to life our digital marketing campaigns and product launches.


This is a hands-on role which will allow someone to take ownership, management and optimisation of our direct-to-consumer websites, ensuring each channel can reach its sales and profitability targets.


Attention to detail, creativity & an eye on the industry will be needed to monitor the performance of our market through our website and end-to-end customer journey.

We believe that having a growth mindset and attitude is the key to success in this position. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

To give you a taste, some key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with development agencies to implement and monitor our SEO strategies to drive organic sessions and conversions.
  • Identifying trading opportunities and monitoring consumer trends whilst tracking onsite activity to find ways to unlock further revenues.
  • Collecting onsite data and carrying out research to improve all three websites and to inform the wider business.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase page views, value per page view and ensure customers are connected with ease to the products they want to buy, quickly and simply.
  • Promote new technology or marketing trends across eCommerce, specifically online trading and championing new ways of working.
  • Ensure products are set up accurately and in a timely manner across our Direct websites.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through data driven insight, you will be the leading analytical mindset, driving plans and feeding into strategy for the future growth of our online businesses

Now over to you, we would love for you to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in digital marketing (direct to consumer retail) or in a similar role.
  • Excellent writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You'll have a strong understanding of digital marketing and a keen eye for copy and visuals that help merchandise our site and products.
  • Experience and understanding of using Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking.
  • Confident in managing your own schedule and time management.
  • Experience of crafting campaigns from scratch, with clear measurable goals outlined.
  • Strong project management skills; highly organised and proactive.
  • Agile & positive 'cando' attitude.
  • A full clean driving license.
